Many posters have mentioned having difficulties getting and keeping superintendents on board. This year we have invited three superintendents to share their perspectives. What does such a reform look like from the Superintendent's office? What are the competing demands that Superintendents need to balance? What strategies work in getting new Superintendents on board?
