The relationship between the PI and the Superintendent of the
district(s) is critical for sustained support during the life of the LSC
and to build a base of sustainability for the reform effort. What are
some successful strategies that have been used by PIs to build these
relationships before, during, and after the LSC has been initiated?
What help do PIs need in order to access the Superintendent?
