subject: rif between funded and non-funded
I have noticed sometimes a separation between those with grant funds
and those with not: NSF projects versus other curriclum areas. I think
some jealousies can arise that can lead to conflict. Is one area
receiving more attention? Is one area able to provide more
opportunities for their teachers? We have tried to have all curricular
areas of leadership meet to share what we have learned from the NSF
programs. We have tried to provide spin off activities for other
areas. It is crucial for the top leadership to enable all to feel a
part of a whole.
