subject: Teacher Growth in Instructional Practice
Cheryl, Would you provide more information on how you support
teachers in actually gaining new knowledge in the various aspects of
instruction, e.g., higher level questioning skills, evaluation. Is
each teacher working individually, in study groups, or do you provide
classes? It seems like it takes a lot of time, reflection and practice
for growth to occur. How are your teachers finding the time to focus
as they teach everything else?
