One such way to get the "senior" principals on-board is to make the
reform effort part of the Superintendent's goals for the district. Ask
principals to bring artifacts - like student work to a mangagement
meeting. Use the student work as the center-piece for discussion. Use
the reform implementation as part of their evaluation for the year.
Set a goal for each school to conduct a family science night during the
year. When visiting schools focus on the implementation of the reform.
