Superintendent lead principals in science reform
|
It has been my observation that in schools where there is lower
participation in the science reform, the principal does not include
science in the personal goals teachers are to accomplish.
My suggestion would be that the superintendent include science in the
principals' own personal goals and that he or she also request that
principals include science in the goals for their teachers.
Another recommendation would be to ask that each principal include
at least one science reform activity at their school site each year.
