Superintendent Relationship

Hi Mike, I enjoyed hearing your thoughts but also reading why you felt
that a superintendent should lead the way in professional development
through participation side by side with the principals. I agree. As
you know, that was them model in PUSD and it change the attitude of
principals and teachers and their need to participate in professional
devleopment. It also help to bridge the gap in understanding the
classroom implementation. I have learned from that model and will be
implementing that in OKC next year.
