Can we succeed under a new administration?
|
A superintendent change has put micro-managing, controlling supervisors over the curriculum coordinators in our district. In this unpleasant situation, can we succeed? The panel addresses what permanent and positive effects LSCs may have on districts, and so suggests new criteria for judging their success. Some of these effects will not be diminished by a heavy-handed administration but, alas, many will. It is helpful for us to consider different ways of measuring success after the external funding ends.
