Teaching Teachers to ask Great Questions
|
Wow. My head is now spinning, thinking about my upcoming redesign of my Physics of Sound workshop for teachers.
In the workshop as delivered in the past, we focused on CONTENT, which included helping 3rd grade teachers develop a conceptual understanding of how sound works. NOW I realize that we barely talked about how to facilitate classroom conversations about Sound. Yikes!
Does anyone have any pointers to resources re: Asking Great Questions, or Questioning Strategies that Support Inquiry, or... ?
Thanks!
