visions and learning
|
I wonder how visions, shared or otherwise, play a role in practice. And I wonder also how they change and develop. I think my visions are always evolving, and my practice is always at some distance from my vision, or even what I know to articulate. My practice and learning influence my vision as much as the other way around. In other words, as I learn what is possible to do, or to try for, my vision changes and develops. Is it important to work on vision, or is it more important to work on trying things and then standing back and asking what this means for what we are trying to accomplish or attain with students?
