subject:	Shared Vision

Thanks for your comments and questions. It left Rita and me thinking
that for building a shared vision it appears that it would be easier in
a school because there are fewer people. However, to build a "shared
vision" which is not just semantics requires leaders at all levels to
consider their actions and most importantly interactions with others.
If we don't take the time to ask clarifying questions and rethink our
ideas and be open to dialogue then how do we get others to buy in
(commit)?
