Question about your first question on "Shared Vision"
|
I found your reflections and suggestions really insightful and helpful,
particularly your focus on the need for a "shared vision". You first
question then left me wondering -- whose shared vision ? If you are
talking about districts/schools being close to or far away from "your
shared vision" then who shares this vision ? Is the question how can we
develop a shared vision, and what does it really mean to be "shared"
when we are talking about 100s or 1000s of people ?
